We process your information under the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a Contract: To communicate regarding bookings, send invoices, and deliver your digital galleries.

  • Explicit Consent: When you provide your email address to access your custom online image gallery.

  • Legal Obligation: For company tax, accounting, and business auditing purposes.

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third-party spam lists. We only share essential data with trusted service providers necessary to run our day-to-day business operations:

  • Pixieset: To host your client galleries and safely deliver your files.

  • Stripe: To process secure digital payments.

  • Integrated Print Labs: To print and deliver physical items directly to your home address if ordered through the gallery store.

4. Data Retention and Deletion Schedule

We do not store files or data longer than necessary. We enforce a strict timeline for digital image storage:

  • Online Pixieset Galleries: Your private online gallery will remain active and hosted for 3 months from the initial date of delivery. It is your responsibility to download your high-resolution files during this window.

  • Hard Drive Backups: We maintain a master backup of your final digital images on local hard drives for 1 year following your session date. After 1 year, these files are permanently deleted.

  • Administrative Data: Invoices and contact details are safely held for up to 6 years to satisfy UK tax laws.

5. Your Legal Rights Under UK GDPR

You hold the following rights regarding your data:

  • The right to request access to the personal data we hold about you.

  • The right to request that we correct any inaccurate details.

  • The right to request that we completely erase your personal data from our systems (where it does not conflict with our legal tax obligations).
