Welcome to Pandora's Touch Ltd (iamkeonjames.co.uk / iamkeonjames.com). By booking a session, accessing our website, or using our Pixieset client galleries, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Bookings, Deposits, and Payments

  • Retainer/Deposit: To secure any booking for portraits, couples, or events, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. No booking date is guaranteed or locked in until this deposit has been cleared.

  • Remaining Balance: The outstanding 75% balance must be settled in full according to the timeline specified in your individual contract or before the release of the final images.

  • Payment Processing: All digital payments, including booking fees and print orders, are securely handled via our integrated third-party payment gateway, Stripe.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Because the 25% deposit is non-refundable, it covers the loss of business and administrative costs if you choose to cancel your session.

  • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability. If a session is cancelled by Pandora's Touch Ltd due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe illness or equipment failure), your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a mutually agreed alternative date.

  • For outdoor/on-location shoots (portraits/couples), sessions may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion due to adverse weather conditions.

3. Image Delivery and Turnover

  • Turnaround Time: Standard digital image delivery takes between 7 to 14 days from the date of the shoot or from the date the client selects their proofing images (depending on the project scope).

  • Delivery Method: All final high-resolution images will be delivered digitally via a private, password-protected Pixieset client gallery.

4. Copyright, Ownership, and Usage Rights

  • Copyright Ownership: Pandora's Touch Ltd retains full, legal copyright ownership of all images taken during any session under UK Copyright Law.

  • Personal Usage License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual personal-use license. You are welcome to print these images, share them online, and distribute them to family and friends.

  • Commercial Restrictions: You may not sell, alter, or license these images to third-party commercial entities, or enter them into competitions without express written consent from Pandora's Touch Ltd.

5. E-Commerce and Physical Prints

  • Any physical print orders made directly through your Pixieset client gallery are fulfilled by professional third-party print labs.

  • Because physical prints are custom-made to order, sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only issued if product items arrive damaged or feature a severe manufacturing defect. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • In the highly unlikely event of digital file corruption, camera malfunction, or equipment theft, the total liability of Pandora's Touch Ltd is strictly limited to a full refund of all monies paid by the client for that specific session.
